Third floor apartment in Hoxton, with one bedroom, living room with open plan kitchen and a balcony. Located in a quiet part of Hoxton, 8 minutes walk from Old Street Station (Zone 1) and close to Shoreditch Park. I work as an artist and designer and travel a lot and my boyfriend is a gardner, this is our home. I am a big fan of AirBnB and so have decided to make our apartment available for others to enjoy when we are away. The space The bedroom has a double bed and there is a large table in the living area, which is a good space to work from if needed. It is perfect for one person or a couple. We usually live here, so some of our personal items are in the flat (i.e. books, plants and clothes) however we will clear space for you to feel comfortable. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a small balcony. There is an open plan living/kitchen area which you are free to use if you wish to cook at home. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. You are free to help yourself to any food you find in our cupboards. Towels and basic toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, soap) are provided. Please dispose of perishable items when you leave. Other things to note This is a non-smoking flat.
