The Boat House in Macatawa

The Boathouse is set on a spacious, well groomed lot overlooking the active Lake Macatawa Harbor, with the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan a lazy walk away. A wrap around deck and screened in porch allow the luxury of enjoying the ever-changing of this lakefront resort. The Boathouse cottage interior has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Five bedrooms on the second floor provide 1 King size, 3 queen size, and 1 double bed bedrooms. In addition, there are bunk beds on the first floor and 2 twin beds in the upstairs family room. Other features include 2.5 bathes with all linens and towels; 3 Flat Screen TV's; a washer and dryer; central air conditioning and an outside gas grill off the kitchen. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. The Maximum Occupancy is 14 people. Wi-fi internet is included. In addition to the Boathouse facilities, guests will have access to the exclusive Macatawa beach. The long, private, sandy beach is located on western shore of Lake Michigan and stretches as far as you can see. The "Big Red" lighthouse that marks the Holland Harbor Channel stands proud at the North end of Macatawa Beach. For the Boater, there is a 125 foot, 2 sided dock with power and water. There are discounts from the nightly rates when requesting a week or monthly stay.
