The hallway has a wooden feature wall and a view to the dining and social space. Downstairs leads to the very impressive dining and socialising area, two snug vaults with comfy bean bags and the impressive British wood dining table seating all of your guests. Designed with polished concrete flooring, timber clad walls, a double height ceiling void, concrete feature wall and neon lighting - this is a great space for an evening's, weekend or week's entertainment... The white gloss handless kitchen units with white stone worktops and large island houses all integrated appliances (double oven, 6 ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge freezer). You will find utensils, pan, crockery & glassware you need. You will also find a drinks cabinet with bar equipment for the budding cocktail waiter or waitress within your group! The dark and sexy ground floor lounge area boasts super comfy sofas, two sofa beds (if needed for sleeping flexibility) and a huge 52 inch TV screen. Bifold doors allow the room to be divided into two bedrooms or open as one big room with mezzanine view down into dining space. A smaller bedroom is at the front on the ground floor of the property. There are three large bedrooms, all clad with reclaimed British wood and quality finishings. Two of the bedrooms have large en suite contemporary shower-rooms and the top bedroom has a unique balcony/terrace to the front with seating and table. There is an additional plush marble bathroom on the first floor with a large jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower. ______________ Guest access The whole space is exclusively yours Interaction with guests We like to welcome our guests, show them the house and answer any questions Other things to note All bed linen and towels are provided Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Terrace to be used upto 10pm weekdays and 11:30pm weekends. Please note with weekend bookings we will require you to book both Friday and Saturday nights. HOUSE RULES •No parties allowed •No events allowed •No guests other than those confirmed to stay at the house allowed •No external music systems, subs or large speakers to be used within the house •No smoking in the house •No shoes to be worn in the house Any items damaged or breach of any of the above will result in deductions from your deposit. Check in is 4pm onwards, check out is by 10.30am. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer bag storage or accommodate bag drop off. Guest access You have exclusive use of the entire house. Other things to note Check in is from 4pm - Check out is 10.30am - these cannot be changed if we have guests either side of your stay. We cannot offer bag drop or bag storage before/after your trip.
