Halfway between Brittany and the Loire Valley, Le Presbytère du Vigneau is a building steeped in history on the banks of the Mayenne. We have transformed the old carriage shed into a two-bedroom furnished tourist accommodation for 4 people: Le Petit Vigneau. The space A fully equipped cottage for 4/5 people. Rental possible from 4 nights. The gîte comprises on the ground floor on parquet: - a living room with an equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker + Nespresso, etc. - a double bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), new bedding (Emma mattress), closet. - a bathroom with Italian shower that communicates with the bedroom. - toilet Upstairs on sea reeds: - living room-library with sofa and daybed - bedroom with 2 single beds (+ extra bed on request) The pool is heated from May to September, depending on weather conditions. Guest access Terrace, garden, pool, trampoline, petanque court. Other things to note The spa (whirlpool and sauna) is only accessible when we are present, we cannot guarantee access.
