To stay at my house is to be immersed in the local community life of Makati City as it is located at street level on the bank of the Pasig River. Access to it is through a typical working class neighborhood that embodies the hustle and bustle, the wonderful noises of children and many vehicles that make Bgy. Poblacion so special. My place has two rooms, a spacious dining area, kitchen and an outdoor sitting area with a usable weight bench. The space My place is easily accessible to the Century Mall (0.5Km away) and the Jazz Mall (1.2 Km away) and the GreenBelt and Glorietta Malls (2.5kms away). We are just 10kms from the International Airport while the Makati City Hall is a 0.5km walk away. A serendipitous aspect to the location is the close proximity to two MMDA ferry boat stations, one on each side of the Pasig River. From either side, for only P50, one can pick up hourly ferry trips along the scenic river through Malacañang to Intramuros, Divisora and to Chinatown.
