Tramontana - Cosy and charming apartment

The space Tramontana apartments are at the ground floor of a two-story family house built in the '80s. The floor has more then 110 sq/m of space, and hosts one four bedroom apartment that can be separated as two two bedroom apartments by closing huge soundproof doors. The floor has been completely renovated in 2019 and literally everything is brand new. (walls, pipes, electricity, bathrooms, floors, furniture). There is one big living area with a open kitchen and dining area all in one. There is another smaller kitchen with dining area as well. Two big toilets that are being used by 3 rooms with double beds, and one private bathroom for the couple in the fourth room. There is a huge green terrace just in front of the house, with hammocks and deck chairs to sunbathe like a boss. Also there is an outside barbecue pit for you to use. For your cars , there is one spot in the garage, and three more around the house. The floor above is being used by our family (mom's sister), and the gardens below are filled with our own fruits and veggies which if you want to use them, you have to ask permission on floor above. The place is called tramontana because of the night thermal wind that usually blows there. It's great because during the summer, during the night it brings the temperature down do 22-24 degrees celsius, while Opatija, less then one kilometer away has 6-7 degrees more. If you wake up early enough (with the sun rising) you can observe 50-100 windsurfers in the bay below.
