LOCATION: The penthouse (attic) is located in the heart of the city, just 200 meters from La Rambla, 10 minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya and 25 minutes from Barceloneta beach. The nearest points of interest are: Boquería Market, Wax Museum, Erotic Museum, Maritime Museum, Palau Güell of Gaudi, Santa Monica Cultural Center, Maremágnum, the port, etc. The space (Attention: Please note that before sending me a reservation request you must first consult me. DESCRIPTION: The apartment is a penthouse (attic) with a large terrace that combines details of current and antique decoration that give a sense of comfort and a modern touch at the same time. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, it is very sunny, all exterior, extraordinarily quiet and has air conditioning throughout the apartment. The elevator gives you direct access to the interior of the apartment and has a video intercom (intercom with camera and television screen). In the front of the building, which faces the street, there are two double rooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub and both rooms have a balcony. The rooms have fitted wardrobes and depending on your needs the beds can be four single or two double. The two rooms are soundproof, they have double windows with double glazing and electric shutters, no noise coming from the street and you can rest perfectly. At the back of the building is the dining room, it is very bright and sunny, has electric shutters, a large balcony, two sofas, TV and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and a washing machine. From the kitchen there is a staircase that leads to the second floor of the apartment which is the attic, where there is a spacious room with a large terrace, a table with chairs and an umbrella. AMENITIES: The elevator leaves you inside the apartment, video intercom, wooden floor, balconies, terrace, TV, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee maker, paellas, pots and all the necessary equipment to cook. There are linens, blankets and towels. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The Metro is 2 minutes walking (L1, green line, Liceo stop). If you decide to send it, I will not accept it). -SHORT TERM RENTAL CONTRACT: When you book the apartment we require the name, surname, home address, nationality and the passport´s photocopies of the guests who will be staying at the apartment and I will do a rental contract without extra fee. -HOUSE RULES: Only the people mentioned in the rental contract can use the apartment. Guests (friends, family, etc.) are not allowed in the apartment. You cannot have parties or meetings, or do any commercial activity. Pets are not allowed. After 22h you cannot make noise to avoid disturbing the neighbors. -PAYMENT SUPPLIES CONSUMPTION: The consumption of water, gas, electricity and internet are not included in the rental price. When you arrive at the apartment you will have to pay a deposit on account of the consumption that you will make during the period of your stay. The deposit varies according to the duration of your stay. At the end of your stay, if there is a difference in your favor, it will be returned to you. The following rates will apply: Cost of water: 40€/month. Gas cost: 50€/month or 5€/m3 will be applied if the amount to be paid is greater than 50€. Cost of electricity: 0,40€ kilowatt/hour. Internet cost: 35€/month. -CLEANING PAYMENT: You must keep the apartment in good order and clean condition. It is mandatory to do a thorough cleaning every fifteen days. Each cleaning includes changing sheets, cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, sweeping, scrubbing and the cost is 50€.
