Able to accommodate up to 6 guests. The property has a bright and well equipped kitchen / lounge / diner which is the heart of the property and where you will no doubt love watching the sea views from the lounge and balcony. The balcony enjoys unparalleled views over the village and the beach is situated literally across the road. The property has 2 good sized bedrooms - a twin and double with room for a cot bed (provided). Both have ample storage with wardrobes and drawers. The master bedroom has a television. All bedding and towels are provided. A comfortable double sofa bed in the living room gives the flexibility to add 2 additional guests to the booking (up to 6 guests in total). Note, a small extra charge added per stay to reflect additional service costs. The bathroom is clean and simply furnished and has a powerful electric power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a week long family holiday... including dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer. A highchair is also provided. The living room has plenty to keep all the family entertained - TV, DVD player (with DVDs), Xbox 360 (with games), book library, and plenty of board games to play. Only if you can tear your gaze away from the sea views through the double patio doors that is! The apartment also has a car parking space on site. Pendine is a bustling seaside resort during the summer months and a quiet haven in the winter which offers a range of amenities including shops, pubs, cafe and restaurants. It has a regular bus service which runs daily to the largest local town of Carmarthen. Perfect location for families - As it is right on the beach. Ready for hours of fun digging in the 7 miles of golden sand, exploring the rock pools and caves, and splashing & body boarding in the waves. Perfect for walkers - As it is right on the Wales Coastal Path, with access to stunning cliff views across to the Gower and North Devon beyond. The access to the coastal path can be seen from the balcony of the property. Very popular spot for kite surfers, surfers and other outdoor pursuits. Ideal position to explore the beautiful coastline and stunning countryside of West Wales, and local picturesque towns of Laugharne, Saundersfoot, Tenby, and beyond.
