Autun, large bright and comfortable apartment

Located in the city center in a 1930 building, very easy to access, this apartment is bright and elegant. With its 3-meter-high ceiling and 98 m2, it is perfect for 4 people but can accommodate 6 (with surcharge). It's a great place to discover the old town and its medieval district on foot, but also the large square, with its theater, terraces and Friday market. The space Very pleasant to stay in with its south-facing double living room and two balconies, this apartment has two bedrooms, one with a sink and the other that gives access to the bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped and I chose nice colorful dishes for your meals. A large hallway gives access to common areas and bedrooms. You will stay at my home (but without me ;) in a personalized and warm decor. You can browse through my library, putting the books back in their proper place before leaving, of course! Parquet in the double-living room and bedrooms, period tiles (vintage!) in the other rooms. Guest access Free street parking is available, or in a free open parking lot nearby, Rue de l'Arquebuse, or in Place du Champ de Mars, in front of the town hall (except Wednesdays and Friday mornings). Rue de l'Arbalète gives access to the pedestrian and shopping streets of the city. You can also walk to the lake (it is 900 m away) and even walk to the Couhard Pyramid in less than half an hour. By car, you can reach Bibracte in 30 minutes, to discover its archaeological site, its beautiful forest and its museum, or 50 minutes from the beautiful city of Beaune. On Wednesday and Friday mornings you can shop at the market, so on foot. A very convenient Carrefour-market is a 5-min walk. Other things to note My apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. The staircase is wide and easy to climb. There's only one apartment per floor. Access to the bathroom is through the larger of the two bedrooms. You will have hangers at your disposal, a dresser and shelves for your clothes. Mattresses, duvets and pillows are very new and of good quality, as well as towels. In the kitchen you will find the basic ingredients to prepare your meals: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices, sugar, coffee and tea.
