The space The apartment is at the 5th floor (elevator available) of a quiet and residential condominium, it is fully equipped (kitchen tools, iron, dishwasher, air conditioning, smart heating, washing machine, dryer, 1Gb symmetrical fiber optic Internet Wi-Fi): there is also all you need to cook and stay at home. Many restaurants are also available at walking distance. The bedroom has a double bed (not divisible) with a brand-new latex mattress to maximize night comfort. For a small family or a very close-knit group of friends we can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. The outside sitting area offers a wonderful setting to relax and enjoy breakfast. The terrace also has a table that allows you to dine with waterproof closure. The house is devoid of architectural barriers. The large elevator (90x130cm | 35x51in) allows you to enter also with wheelchairs and small carts. Hot water provided by a gas boiler, so you'll have all the hot water you need also if you are in four. No smoking and no pets allowed to guarantee an environment with no unpleasant smell, easy to clean and sanitize. Guest access You will have at your exclusive disposal the whole apartment.
