My name is Antonio and this year I decided to change my studio to make a nice studio apartment. The studio apartment is located on the first floor of a panoramic villa 900 meters from the sea. The studio consists of a brand new and equipped kitchen, a table with chairs, double bed, wardrobe and a comfortable bookcase in which I left some interesting books for pleasant moments to spend in the green of the garden. The space The very nice and cozy accommodation is located in a beautiful panoramic villa a few steps from the blue flag sea of Marina di Ascea in the Cilento National Park. The accommodation surrounded by greenery is perfect for a couple who want to spend their vacation in peace. Other things to note Optional extra services for a fee (not mandatory): - Air conditioning: inside the apartment there is an electric meter that will detect the actual consumption of electricity due to the switching on of the air conditioning system (the cost is equal to €0.50 kw/h consumed). - The accommodation tax is not included in the price and is paid for each overnight stay in the period from May 1 to October 31. The rate is €1 per person per night, not applicable to children under 14 years of age (Municipal Resolution No. 53 of 12/23/2024).
