Cozy well-decorated home for up to 4 people in a residential area. It consists of two separate bedrooms with double beds: one bedroom faces the garden and the other faces the roof terrace. The home also has two bathrooms, two kitchens, a living room, and an interior patio. On the roof terrace, with beautiful sea views, there is a pergola. We recommend renting a car. There is easy parking in front of the house. It´s an ideal spot for an unforgettable vacation! The space There are common areas such as the gardens and the pool. The pool is shared between guests (maximum four people) and hosts (two pwople). Guests always have priority over the pool, so guests and hosts will never share the same pool. Guest access The garden, pool and terrace areas, are considered the common areas. These areas will be shared only by guests and hosts (two people) Other things to note Casita La Sábila is offered to guests as a single tourist accommodation for a maximum of four people. The first two places have the base price of € 60. The occupants of these first two places have access to a rustic-style cottage in the garden of 50 m2, with one bedroom with 135x200 cm bed, a kitchen, a full bathroom and an interior patio. The third and fourth places have an additional price of € 20 per place per night. This means that the price for three people would be € 80 per night and for four people € 100 per night. The third and fourth places have a 25m2 modern style room on the roof terrace, with a 150x200 cm sofa bed, kitchen and a full bathroom. On the roof terrace, there is a pergola area for dining or sunbathing, offering beautiful sea vews. A baby cot is also available for guests. Refrigerators are stocked with essentials upon arrival. Necessary personal hygiene and cleaning supplies are also provided. The level of privacy es absolute, as the property has an entrance from two different streets and the hosts occupy the main house which is separate from the tourist house we have just described.
