This is a 1 bedroom furnished apartment with full bath, kitchen, living room and small dining room. It is located on the first floor. Within walking distance of downtown Jamestown, and close by to the Chautauqua and Allegheny and regions. This is a long term rental for the traveling professional or someone who needs a temporary place with a minimum stay of 20 days. It is fully stocked with all the basic items such as dishes, towels, linens, and other essentials. Pets welcome, see 'other notes'. This is a standard 1 bedroom apartment in a building with other renters. You have access to the entire apartment. You share the main entrance hallway into the building with other renters, but have the apartment all to yourself. This means you do not share the apartment with anyone, you have the whole apartment to yourself, no one can walk into your apartment. The futon in the living folds down into a queen size bed for accommodation up to 4 guests (it is $3/day extra for 3rd and 4th guests) The kitchen is equipped with all the tools to make meals and more. There is a full bathroom with a claw foot bathtub and a bedroom with a full bed. The yard and porch are common areas so feel free to enjoy them. There is no cable or broadcast TV so we provide WIFI and a Roku to access your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. We're not trying to be fancy, just a simple and cozy spot with the amenities you will need for a nice stay. Guests have access to the entire apartment, no one else is sharing the apartment unless you bring a guest of your own. You share the entrance hallway that goes into the building. Feel free to enjoy the furnished front porch and large yard. It is street parking only, but it is free. Feel free to relax and enjoy your stay, we live nearby in case you need anything at all or want suggestions on things to do. You can contact us anytime via Air Bnb or a cell. We accommodate accordingly to each individual guest so if you want your own space, no problem. We will also gladly stop by to socialize and tell you more about the area if you are interested. We are walking distance from downtown Jamestown and a short car ride away from other destinations such as Chautauqua Institution, Southern Tier Brewing Company, Bemus Point, Allegany State Park and more! Please review the descriptions and photos. This building is over 100 years old, so no, it's not the Ritz, it needs some exterior updates. The inside of the apartment was recently re-modeled. It is not fancy, but if you're looking for a simple, clean and cozy fully furnished apartment with most of the amenities you will need, then the Cheby Manor is your place to stay. Notice, there is no door on the bedroom. If you need anything during your stay, please just ask! We try not to disturb guests during their stay, but are readily available if you need any assistance. If you are bringing your pet with you, please send us a message first. We will send you a request for the non-refundable pet fee the day of your arrival ($50). The fee does not show up in your reservation cost breakdown as there is not a good way to add it through the Air BNB app so we add it after. Stays over 3 months with a pet, stays with cats and/or multiple animals may have additional refundable deposits of $100 per stay. We like to give responsible pet owners a break who will keep up after their pet so if you take care of the place and clean up after your pet, you won't be responsible for more than $50. If your cat likes to sit in the window, please be aware there will be an additional fee for blind replacement and labor if they are broken. There is a $2/day extra charge for 3rd & 4th guests. Air bnb makes you do a $5 minimum which we don't find fair so we will send you a request for the extra costs after you book.
