Seattle Mini Home with Hot Tub and Private Deck

A private mini home just for you! Enjoy your own private deck and hot tub while staying in trendy Ballard. The space A well-appointed tiny home with a huge deck all for you! Conveniently located just blocks from downtown Ballard and an easy 15 minute bus ride from downtown, this quaint yet roomy space is perfect for out of town guests and vacationers. The 250 square foot indoor space enjoys its own private large deck space with ample seating, dining area and a hot tub. It has a mini kitchen with a 2-burner stove with a mini fridge, microwave, sink and kitchen essentials. This includes cooking supplies like pans, plates, oil, salt and pepper etc. We also have a Keirig Coffee Maker with a generous supply of K-Cups, light snacks and other thoughtful touches. The bath includes a shower with on-demand water and a supply of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soap) and towels for your use. There is a storage closet in the bath for clothes and extra linens. If you are staying longer than three days, I will provide fresh towels and linens for you upon request. Or anything you might need. The bedroom loft is cozy and features a double size bed. The ladder up to the loft is custom-made to retract from the wall for easy access. When it is not in use, it slides flush to the wall to allow for more room in the living space. There is a blow up twin mattress and a couch if you choose to sleep in the lower area. There are extra linens and covers provided The space is "cozy" so if you are tall or have issues with smaller spaces the loft sleeping area may not be the right fit. You must be able to climb a short ladder to get up and down so please be mindful of this when booking. We put in a mini-split heater and A/C unit in 2021 which allows for perfect temps any time of the year. I also have a portable crib that you are welcome to use. Just let me know. Children under 8 are not allowed in the loft area for safety-sake. This rental Includes Netflix as well as access to gig-speed wireless Internet. The overall look and feel of the space is what I call, "Modern Nautical". Ballard is an old fishing town that has become the culinary hot spot of Seattle. The colors and lighting fixtures give homage to Ballard's history. There is free on-street parking and access to one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle is just a short walk away! There are quite a few quick service/family run (no chains) restaurants within a block from the house along with a great fruit stand and espresso shop. Grocery and drug stores are within 5-7 blocks away. The bus stop to a main arterial is a 1/2 block away. A great breakfast place is only 2 blocks away. This is a wonderful location for those of you vacationing without a rental car. Pretty much anything you need is less than a 10-15 minute walk away. If driving, please know that parking has become increasingly more challenging in Ballard due to growth. Most folks find parking either on our block the next block over.
