Quiet Retreat minutes from Pensacola Beach

Quiet retreat for traveler or couple, this 1939 Craftsman is located in the safe and quiet East Hill neighborhood. It is in walking distance of Bayview Park, where there is seasonal recreation. About a 5 minute drive away is quaint downtown, as well as, shopping at Cordova Mall. Approximately 15 minutes away are the world famous sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. The space The room has a full size bed. In addition, there is a twin blow- up mattress available if you require sleeping accommodations for another adult or 2 children. The room has a small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and a TV connected to a DVD player. I have a huge library of DVD's. There is also a tea pot with an assortment of teas. I also provide beach towels and a beach spread. Outside the room is a small breakfast area with a Keurig and an assortment of coffees breakfast bars. The room locks from the inside, but, the skeleton key is lost, so, it can't be locked from the outside. A washer and dryer are available for $10 fee. The house needs some minor repairs, but, it's clean. The outdoor space in the backyard has a 6' deep pool. Please, no diving. In addition, it has a large table with umbrella, as well as a bistro set. Also, there is a gas grill for barbecuing and a firepit for roasting marshmallows in the winter. It also has a hammock, two patios with lounge chairs, a fish pond, and fountain. The spacious back yard is fenced, so, dogs are welcome. Just, please, clean up after them. Thank you. Guest access Guests are welcome to eat their breakfast at the dining room table. They are also permitted to use the pool and backyard amenities, such as the grill, tables, and firepit. During your stay I stay fairly busy, but, am always a phone call away. I am a surfer and a sailor, so, if lessons for either/both are desired, let me know and I'll arrange my schedule to accommodate.
