The "Terrasse et Mer" house offers you a large terrace and a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. It is renovated and fully equipped. On the ground floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a living room with equipped kitchen that opens onto the terrace (with a plancha/barbecue). Air-conditioned, it offers high-quality comfort with new bedding. The house is located at the end of a small typical and quiet street in the village of Cerbère. The space It has several small staircases. Touristic taxes are included. The cleaning fee is not included. A cleaning option is available for 100 euros to be paid on site upon arrival. A check for this amount will be requested upon arrival and returned if the cleaning has been done. During this period, linens and towels are not provided. New disposable mattress covers (for mattresses and pillows) are available upon arrival. Any additional person will be charged 80 euros/night. Minimum 2-day rental.
