Our apartment, which is open for 12 months, was opened in June 2019 to offer you comfort and comfort with the motto “Your Home in Datça”. The space We have a total of 10 1+1 apartments. Our apartment is in 2 blocks and has 2 floors (Garden floor, upper floor). We serve with 4 1+1 apartments in Block A and 6 1+1 apartments in Block B. Our apartments are about 40 m2. A Block Apartment 4 (A-4) – Entrance floor; There are 2 single beds in the room and 1 corner seat in the living room. When the corner seat is opened, 2 adults or 2 children can sleep comfortably. Each apartment has a refrigerator, washing machine, stove, extractor, Led TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, free wireless internet connection. Thanks to the electric water heater, hot water is available for 24 hours. There is a wardrobe and a dresser in the rooms. There is an open kitchen and a table and chair for 4 people with all kitchen utensils. Things to CONSIDER for the comfort and convenience of our guests: • Departures from the apartment are made until 11:00 and entries are made after 15:00. "Late check-out fee" is applied for late departures. • In accordance with the law numbered 4207, it is requested not to use tobacco and tobacco products in closed areas; to consume them in the balcony or garden. • Thank you for not making noise in a way that would disturb the environment. • The apartment is delivered clean. Cleaning during the stay belongs to the guest staying. Toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap, etc. are kindly requested to be supplied by our guests. • Bed sheets, linens, quilts, pillows are kept in the rooms according to the number of guests staying. • 2 face towels, 2 bath towels and 1 foot towel are provided for each room. • We do not have changing and washing services such as sheets, linens, quilts, towels, etc. There is a washing machine in our rooms. • It is forbidden to barbecue within the boundaries of the apartment. • Thank you for not pouring tea pulp and frying oil on the sinks, not throwing foreign substances such as paper in the toilet bowls, and closing the doors slowly. • The administration is not responsible for your lost belongings. • Unfortunately, we do not have a guesthouse for our pets. • Guests who do not comply with the rules of the administration, cause guest complaints or behave inappropriately may be terminated early.
