Designed for adults only, the property features open water areas and is not pet-friendly to protect the local wildlife. A newly designed and installed natural mini-lake is available for your enjoyment and a private social cabana space can be made available by request. You are welcome to jump in the pool anytime however if you want some private time slots we like to liaise on this as we do swim there, clean it and enjoy the place as it sits between the two houses on the property. No problem at all for you to request a certain afternoon or morning slot just to be private for you and friends / family. We are 100% friendly type people and sometimes have a social BBQ ourselves by the pool. You are 100% invited to join and we always wrap things up early so its not disturbing your peace, but just a heads up that we are very casual friendly types and will insist on sending a friendly wave. The commercial-grade kitchen and comfortable dining verandah are perfect for socialising, while the modern audio-visual system provides endless entertainment options. Two enormous 2-person bathtubs on both verandahs offer stunning sunset views under the ancient fig tree. Raw materials, high-end interior design, and plush furnishings create a naturally relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by massive rocks and a hoop pine forest. Conveniently located only 10 minutes from Byron, Mullum, Brunswick or Bangalow. This home offers the finest ingredients of the Shire. Amenities include fires, AC, Wifi, and SONOS AV. Guest access There is a washing machine, a deep freeze, an extra drinks fridge, a single undercover car park and plenty of parking space on the property. The hoop pine forest is a lovely walk. The ancient fig trees will leave you spellbound. The pond area and pool house are shared spaces and we reserve all rights in the case we have private events there. You can for sure request some timings for privacy as well. We enjoy communicating about this aspect with our guests. There is NO CHARGE for you to use or request full privacy at the pool if you can let us know. If you have extra guests coming along or an event requirement we will have to ask for renumeration as per cleaning and arrangements at our end. Thank you.
