LakeSide Club #59 across from heated indoor pool

One of the nicest units at LakeSide Club, this 3 BR, 3 full bath unit has loft with queen bed for added space. 2 of the BRs and baths on the main floor w/No Steps! Toski Sands Deli at entrance. Full kitchen w/ utensils & dishes, extra sheets, towels and full-size W/D. Minimal paper products provided. Near pool/hot tub & tennis courts, short walk to the lake & beach. Sorry NO PETS or Smokers. Renter MUST have good rating from previous Airbnb stays. Garage Not included. 5 Nite min in Summer. The space Much quieter than being on the beach, we are nestled in the woods, and are the nearest units to the pool and tennis courts. 1800 sq.ft. & all baths feature full tub/showers. Turkish towels. A few steps away from the area's best Deli, Toski Sands. This store is a beer/wine deli on one end and a full-service grocery & meat market at the other. Our unit is constantly being improved to serve you better. Sorry, but the HOA rules do not allow renter PETS. No smoking inside or out on deck or in hallway. Up North Cabin decor to bring back those long ago vacation memories. Garage use is NOT INCLUDED except gas grill - push out of garage. Since this is a private residence, we only leave enough paper supplies to get you started...not to last all week. With same day turnover, we cannot supply more towels, etc. as there would not be enough time to do laundry. Starting 4/1/2024 there is a new renter requirement to obtain parking passes which the HOA will send you. Normally 3 night minimum except June, July and August which has a 5 night minimum. Guest access Quests will have full access to the unit and use of the indoor pool/hot tub. Tennis courts are nearby, walking/cycling trails across street and a private beach on the nearby Round Lake with easy access. In winter we are a short 10-minute drive to Boyne Highlands or Nub's Nob ski resorts. Indoor pool is currently limited to 10 people max. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. Other things to note There is a nice, enclosed entryway so you can deposit your skis, snowboards, etc. there. We usually leave our shoes there in all seasons. The one car garage is great for storing your bikes or beach toys. We are sorry that the gas fireplace is not functional. Too many renters have endangered themselves and others by trying to change the set-up. We will look at other options in the near future. Unfortunately, even when the fireplace worked, it would not heat the room well due to the high ceilings and sky lights. The two-stage furnace is much more efficient at making the entire condo comfortable. If your individual bedroom gets too hot, just temporarily block one of the vents. Please run dishwasher & unload the day before departure. You can then hand wash any breakfast dishes the next day. The cleaning people do expect you to leave the last nights linens and morning shower towels for them to do, just not a week's worth of laundry. So do not make any beds that were used. Also, we do try to leave some salt near the front door for any winter ice, but it disappears quickly. Please use sparingly or replace. Thanks.
