The space The villa is situated inside the green National Park of Monte San Bartolo in Gabicce Monte. A splendid small villa built in the 1950's provides two double rooms one upstairs and one downstairs and a single bedroom upstairs. There are two bathrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a beautiful floral garden with a barbecue. Although the house is only 200 meters from the main square Piazza Valbruna which is very lively throughout the Summer period, the house is situated on the other side of the hill and is therefore alot quieter even though it is still in the "centro storico". The house has a wonderful panorama of the sea and the castle of Gradara in the distance. There is a parking area in the garden with a gate that can be locked if necessary. As the house is on a hill, there are two possibilities of beaches both only 1km away. There are the beaches of Gabicce Mare and Cattolica which can be reached by a 2 minute car ride, a 15 minute walk downhill or with a small train "trenino" which leaves on a regular basis everyday every 20 minutes. On the other side of the hill is the Baia Vallugola which can be reached in the same way by car, foot or trenino. There is a small supermarket in the main square of Gabicce Monte, bars and restaurants to choose from! With its sea views and green surroundings this place is an ideal place for a relaxing week-end or holiday for the family by the sea.
