Minimum 30 days stay. Looking for long term rents Rented only to One Person. Any additional guest is for an additional charge through the booking system. This apartment has everything you re looking to have if you go on vacation, work or study, and still would like to find that feeling of being home. Schools, university, college has direct access from our location.Everything you think of to see, to visit, as historical sites, or groceries, our downtown or a hike, at your hand reach. Property: Open concept of kitchen with the Jullian island table, two windows and door to the backyard creates that feeling of one more living-bedroom in this bright contemporary apartment. Futon of double size provides great sitting area convertable in to double bed for more guests. Easy to grab a coffe or a toast and back in your bed for the early morning. Enjoy the landscape of the large backyard, with no other houses windows sticking in to your view. You can have your coffee on the patio, or move your table on the grass. Swimming Pool and Hot Tub: You can see on our backyard the swimming pool and the hot tub on our deck. They are not intended for travelers. However, if we open them, and you show the interest, there will be extra charge for you to use them. No guests, no parties to use the pool and hot tub allowed. We are not alowing parties of any kind. The pool stores are open sometimes in May. Before any service to pool and hot tub if even considered to be used, we are not offering them to any travelers. Hot tub and swimming pool are for the summer time. Due to some questions, I'm clarifying that during the pandemic there will be no permission to use of the swimming pool or hot tub at all. Bedroom with the double bed is few steps down from living room, have eurostyle closet, laundry with modern front load machines. Carpeted floor brings warmth to your feet, makes every morning or evening comfortable and relaxing, no matter the time of a season. Full kitchen of an urban style, with everything fitting one couter, from last model of fridge to full stove and microvawe over the range. Includes free WIFI. Backyard with large patio, grass play area, fenced large inground swimming pool. Large parking the the front of our house fitting 1 visitor's car. Charges for the car parking per day or night. Please note, that the owner lives in the main house, at the front entrance. Entrance to apartment from parking then from the backyard large patio only. Location From Medway Valley Heritage Forest with unique trails, Golf Country Club, Thames Valley Golf Course, Aquatic Centre, Gibbons Park, all very close to our property. Driving down south to Storybrook Gardens, few minutes from busy downtown, from stage and stadium of Budweiser Garden, Coven Garden with farmer's market and more.
