The Olive Garden - sea view and private pool

The Olive Garden is a villa by Xirosterni, 30 km east of Chania Crete, and 45 minutes from Chania airport. The reason we love this house is that you can feel the comfort almost immediately you enter the house. Once you get in, you see a big yard with beautiful flowers and big pool area and sun beds surrounding it as well as some outdoor furniture. The space The Olive Garden is a villa by Xirosterni, 30 km east of Chania Crete, and 45 minutes from Chania airport. The villa has a nice style with modern facilities in order to provide an ideal environment for your holiday. The Olive Garden features 110 m2 of living space on nearly 5000 m2 plot of land. It offers complete privacy with its own parking space for vehicles, garden and pool. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. It offers a stunning view of the White Mountains, and you can see the sea. It is 150m from a little supermarket, and 10 minutes by car to lovely beaches in Almyrida and Georioupoli. Guest access As for the interior, it consists of second floor with main room with kitchen and living room and a bathroom with shower. In addition it has big balconies on both sides, one of them with sea- and Mountain View. First floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a washing machine. From the bedrooms you have direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utilities, pots etc. fridge, big dishwasher, a microwave oven, coffee maker and other useful appliances. In the living room there is a fireplace which is operational during the winter months. There is a big dining table, sofa and television. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom has a single bed which can be used as a double bed as well. Among the best spots of the house are the two verandas upstairs with sea view and view to mountains and the whole area. I think I would have my morning coffee there every day if I lived in this house! The villa is totally children friendly as it is surrounded by a big open space where the children can play safely as the place is completely separated from the street and cars. The streets in the village are also safe enough. There are also some sheep, and your little ones can experience farm life first hand. Our first and foremost priority is offering you a delightful experience combined with the feeling of being at home. The nearest beaches are in Almyrida and Georgioupolis, 10 minutes’ drive away. The historical cities of Chania and Rethymno are less than 45 minutes away. Other villages with handy shop with local products are just 2 to 5 minutes away like Vamos and Kefalas. You can also find some traditional taverns there offering delicious Cretan dishes in reasonable prices. Guest have of course access to the entire house as well as the whole plot the villa is located in. I am always available to be contacted through phone or e-mail. A car is a must for everyone who would like to stay in our villa. Unfortunately the public transportation is not well developed so you will need a car if you want to get around. There is free Wi-Fi and there are no extra costs for the air-conditioning. Towels and linen are provided as well as towels suitable for the pool. Other things to note The accommodation is surroundedby nature and there is absolute peace. Great nice yard.
