Convenient especially in spring-summer for outdoor lunches and dinners, taking advantage of the outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, and umbrella) provided, but also enjoyable in winter on sunny days. Guests have a parking space inside the private courtyard, which is accessed through an electric gate controlled by a remote control provided on site. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer, useful for medium-long stays.
