The place is 40 minutes away from city if you want a night life. A 30 minute drive to famous Las Casas - a place where all Spanish houses all over Philippines where gathered and rebuilt. 10 minute drive to historical Refugee processing centre- where thousands of Vietnamese live for a while. If you are after a big walk, plenty of waterfalls to see- we need a tour guide for this adventure for a reasonable price :) Getting around is easy. Tricycle ride if you want to go for a look around, 3.5km next town. We offer our van that can accommodate 10 persons for a reasonable price In the event of power interruption, for a minimum of 6hrs, we will offer a free night of stay equivalent to number of guests affected on that day. This offer is valid within 6 months, not convertible to cash but can be transferred to your friends or family. In the event that, you did not feel that you don’t like the place, full refund will be processed as per consultation with Airbnb and must vacate the room/ unit allocated within 2hrs, otherwise it is considered a night of stay. This must be strictly adhered to as we had previous group of 40 people, informed me that they didn’t like the place after 6 hrs due to different reasons and asking for a full refund and yet stayed overnight using all the units allocated to them plus using 11 aircons, fridges, tv etc and even. There will be corkage fee for food and drinks that will be bought outside, this doesn't mean that we ripped off our guests. Price is the same from outside stores and in our compound.
