Proud of our region and proud of our house renovated 5 years ago, we offer it for rent during the sunny days. This 120 m2 stone house has a large terrace and a 800 m2 wooded garden in a quiet area 1 km from shops. We are 2 min from Blavet and the forest, 10 min from West wake-park, 20 min from the beaches and the Interceltic Festival of Lorient. The listing is for 5 beds. The space Inside the house, you will find 3 closed bedrooms and 1 open office with a sofa bed (separated by a blackout curtain). You will also find everything you need to accommodate a baby: high chair, changing table, bed. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the house, terrace and part of the garden. Other things to note - The reservation is for 5 people, so there can't be more people. - Guests are not allowed to bring extra people, regardless of the length of stay. - Parties are strictly forbidden since the new Airbnb ban in 2022. - The accommodation is NON-SMOKING - Linens and towels are provided with surcharges (€80) on the day of arrival
