Casa Adriana is a beautiful house inside a 14°century Villa. This Villa is owned by the Migliorini family since the 17° century. You have a private garden at your disposal, wifi, a/c, washer, dishwasher, private parking. Casa Adriana is very close to Florence (15 minutes by train) and you can easily reach Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Chianti in 1 hour driving. Please note: Tourist Tax has to be paid in cash once arrived in our accommodation. Hiring a car is highly recommended. The space Inside Casa Adriana you can have the feeling of living inside a historic home belonging to a noble Tuscan family. The apartment is all on one floor (ground floor), consisting of a bedroom, a large en-suite bathroom and an equipped kitchen from which you can access a large garden for exclusive use. The room consists of a double bed, a large wardrobe, a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime connection and is enriched by an antique "toilette". A single bed can be added upon request at the time of booking. The bathroom is very special, as in the past it was a theater, where the Migliorini family used to host theatrical performances. It is connected to the bedroom and has a shower. From the hallway you can access the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook (oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, four burners). In front of the kitchen is the garden, where you can relax in the shade of cypress trees or enjoy breakfast surrounded by birdsong. Next to the entrance of the House is the private family chapel. There's also a private parking spot. Casa Adriana is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests will have access to the private garden where al fresco lunch, brunch or barbecue dinner will be the highlights of the stay. In our family estate, guests have the possibility to have a relaxing walk in olive trees fields, appreciating the colors of the nature and listening to birds songs. You can also have a stunning view on the tuscan hills from a balcony hidden by the bay trees or taking a moment for meditation in the Migliorini Chapel, that is located just outside Casa Adriana. Other things to note All charges (electricity, heating, water, gas), internet connection and final cleaning are included. A private parking is at your disposal. Beddings and towels are furnished.
