Cozy little cocoon in an old building full of character. The apartment is located in a residential area, with everything you need to carry with you. Supermarket, pharmacy, grocery, hairdresser ... It is 5 minutes by bus from the city center ( bus 100 m from the apartment ) . You can also go on foot, about 10min. Ideal for two people. The space The apartment is on the second floor without elevator access. It is a large 2.5 rooms of 70m2. Carefully decorated and maintained, you'll feel right at home. High ceilings, moldings and antique parquet flooring, the charm of the old is at the rendezvous. - You will have a large kitchen with a fully equipped dining room (oven, dishwasher, tea and coffee maker, juicer) - Large living room with TV, very bright. Access to a small balcony with a table and a relaxation area (summer ). - Very large bedroom with a 180cm bed, wardrobes, and TV - Shower / wc room with washing machine/ tumble dryer. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment, except one room that will be closed. Other things to note It is an old building in which we are fairly respectful of each other. I would just ask you to follow these rules, and not put the music to the ground or make any noise in the exaggeration after 10: 00 pm.
