You’ll love our place because of the location and the beautiful views over Lake Hume, surrounding hills and garden. Our place is good for families, couples and business travellers. TV, Netflix + WiFi You have private access + parking and the entire apartment to yourself. This spacious but cosy self-contained apartment comes with everything you need -microwave, fridge, pans & trampoline. It is just a short drive into Albury, airport & the local shopping centre, the freeway & the golf course. The space Big TV with Netflix. Trampoline and sandpit for the kids. Lots of room to walk and run on the beautiful 2-acre block. Open living and dining with views from all windows. Extra Large bedroom and bathroom with a big shower and a deep bath to relax in. Extra toilet in the laundry. Window seat to soak up the sun. King bed and trundle beds in the bedroom. In the Lounge, you will find a comfy sofa bed and there is a single foldout sofa bed. Extra floor mattress, porta cot and highchair available if needed. Desk space for your laptop. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need for your stay. Fridge, combi-microwave/oven/airfryer, pots, cutlery, glasses and a coffee machine. A cosy Fireplace for the winter will keep you warm and beds fitted with electric blankets. The flat is attached to the main house - but totally separate. An easy stroll will take you to the shores of Lake Hume, a great spot for fishing, swimming and relaxing. The surrounding farmland is home to kangaroos, cows and you might spot the local wombat, eagles, hawks and lots of other birds, like the blue wren. Parrots frequently visit the garden. We also have some seasonal fruit trees from which you can enjoy fruit likes oranges, lemons and grapefruit. Guest access You have private access and parking. From your veranda, you can enjoy the morning or evening skies. It is your tranquil home away from home. There is a trampoline for the kids and lots of space to play. The BBQ, decking and outdoor areas are all for your enjoyment - occasionally you will share it with myself and family as the flat is attached to the main house - but totally separate. Tea, coffee, milk and some breakfast items are provided for you. Other things to note The flat is attached to our home. You will be greeted by our two friendly dogs Mika and Tilly. They love visitors and to get lots of pats and walk with you in the garden. They have wool not fur and are less prone to cause allergies. The phone reception can be poor in this area. It is a short 15 min drive into Albury, but there is a Woolworths complex with takeaway cafes about 8 min drive and a pub to eat at the same distance. Registration details Exempt
