Studio with garden near Uzès

Studio of 30 m² in an old village house completely renovated with its private garden of 25m² shaded. The very quiet village is ideally located: 5min from Uzès, 15min from the Pont du Gard, 20min from Nîmes, less than an hour from Avignon, the Cevennes and the Camargue. The space Studio equipment: Sleeping: a 140x190 bed on the attic mezzanine and a BZ 160x200 sofa underneath. Kitchenette: electric plate, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Shower room: 80x120 glass shower, sink and toilet. A private garden of 25m² with its garden table and barbecue. Linens are provided. (Sheets, duvet cover, towels...) On request: an umbrella bed and a high chair. The studio is air-conditioned. The studio is adjoining the house, access to the studio is through our garden (independent entrance). We have 3 companions, our cat and our dogs, but do not worry the dogs will be put away during your stay so that you can move around quietly.
