Le Petit Mas

Le Petit Mas is our favorite. Our family wants to share it so you can discover our beautiful region. Charming hamlet ideally located in the center of the Luberon, many villages are accessible and countless walks/bike rides are available to you. The house is a peaceful oasis to meet with family and friends with its many bedrooms and bathrooms. The covered terraces and pool invite you to admire the view of the Madeleine cliff. The space The Petit Mas opens onto a large living room (kitchen-sam) equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a very large table, giving access to the living room where a large sofa extends its arms for more intimate moments. Four bedrooms (double beds, 2 bedrooms with access via the terrace) and four bathrooms provide you with the comfort you seek. Many windows open onto the garden and terraces. Two covered terraces offer dining and rest areas, bordering the garden with a stone pond, overlooking the cliff. This house is our family home, recently renovated, equipped with the utmost care and personalized according to our desires, our favorites and our inspiration of the moment. Le Petit Mas combines the advantages of modernity while preserving the old world charm and authenticity with its old tiles, stones and ceilings. We are happy to entrust it to you. We also entrust you with a notebook with our "Favorites" addresses. Many maps and guides are at your disposal. - Bathroom towels and pool towels are available. - Bed and house linens are also provided. - Please note, soap is not provided. This is a choice not to be confronted with possible allergy concerns. Everyone will therefore use their own soap. - Toilet paper (1 per toilet) is available to help you out upon arrival. - The house is a rental, not a guest room or hotel. - NO CHILDCARE EQUIPMENT ACCESS INFO: - Parking is at the entrance of the hamlet (100 m from the house). It is possible to park near the house to unload your car (luggage, groceries, etc.). - Access to the house includes wide stairs. - A vehicle is necessary to get around. A café, restaurants and Joucas convenience store are a 5-minute drive away. Otherwise you will find all the shops (supermarkets and others) 10 min to Apt or 15 min to Coustellet. Roussillon and Gordes, highly sought-after villages, are 10 min from the house. By plane, Marseille-Marignane Airport is 1 hour drive. By TGV, Avignon TGV station is 1 hour away. From there, coaches offer to continue the route to Apt (Zou company). You will also find many car rental agencies. WARNING: The GPS location is wrong! Additional information sent by email before your arrival. GOOD TO KNOW: - The "Summer" area is open from April to October inclusive (deckchairs, swimming pool). - The POOL is NOT HEATED. As the pool is dark and shallow, the temperature adapts ideally to the outside heat. - The pellet STOVE is NOT available. - NO AIR CONDITIONING (fans are available, the building is old with thick walls and shutters) - Please respect the neighborhood composed of "locals" and vacationers. - We accept no responsibility for the pool and its surroundings. - No pets allowed.
