Stylish and well furnished apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Centrally located - 10 minutes San Marco is within walking distance - ferry terminal at 100 meters away, overlooking a garden. The space Casa Olivia will make you feel at home and you can live like Venetians. The apartment is on two floors. On the first floor you find the living room with air conditioning, kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the second floor there are a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The square of San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, both are in less than ten minutes walk and the mooring Fondamenta Nuove is only 100 meters away. Other things to note The apartment is a non smoking apartment. We ask all smokers for your understanding. The arrival time is usually between 4pm and 8pm and you usually have to leave before 10am. For an arrival between 8pm and 10pm there is an extra charge of 30 Euro. An arrival after 10pm is not possible. However, we comply with you, if this is possible. If the guests before you leave the day before, you can also arrive in the morning, if there is no guest arriving the day of your departure you can leave also in the evening. In any case, you can leave your luggage with us. The City Tax of the City of Venice is €4,00/day/pers. for a maximum of 5 days and must be paid cash on arrival.. Please note: Lately there are more and more guests who ignore the waste separation in Venice and don’t throw the garbage the scheduled days (a detailed explanation lies in the apartment). The city of Venice carries high penalties for who act against the rules. Therefor I ask you to read and observe the rules you’ll find in the apartment. In case you don’t observe the rules, we will retain the caution. Of course, if you leave f.e. on Friday and the plastic waste has to be thrown f.e. on Saturdays, there is no problem if you leave that waste. Registration Details IT027042C2ZFP74H7D
