The space We rent a very quiet guestroom in our villa with private sweet water swimming pool, which has been newly refurbished with German glass mosaic tiles, a counter-jet swimming facility with up to 4 HPs (4 horse powers), 2 underwater LED lights with 18 programs and a private garden in Jomtien-Beach, Pattaya, Thailand. The separate glass entrance sliding door to your guestroom 404/69 may be locked by you with a separate key. This guestroom has been recently completely renovated and is equipped with a double bed (king size) for 2 adults, a small office desk with an office chair, free Wi-Fi Internet access (from 10 MB to 100 MB, via fiber optic cable connection), a refrigerator, an electric water kettle, 2 small bedside tables with 2 bedside lamps, a LED flat screen TV with BTV cable TV and a small TV cupboard on rolls, a basket chair with reading lamp in the guestroom and 2 basket chairs, a sofa bed and a small table under the porch (with a wall fan) in front of the guestroom and a further small glass cupboard next to the entrance door. This guestroom has also its own private bathroom with hair dryer, WC, a large mirror, washbasin with cold and hot water, including a bathroom cabinet with doors and drawers and an adjoining shower room with cold and hot water. Nearby to this bathroom is located a private dressing room with many built-in cabinets with doors and drawers, in which you may place your clothing and luggage. In one of these built-in cabinets is installed an electronic safe (firmly anchored in the concrete floor), in which you may store your belongings, such as your Passport, your flight tickets and money in a safe place. But if you would like to make your own cooking, you may use our very well equipped kitchen, equipped with 4 gas cooking plates in the kitchen and 2 gas cooking plates outside the kitchen, located in the passage to the car park, an electric stove, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a large freezer, as well as many other cooking utensils and tools, as well as crockery, cutlery, glasses and pans. Also the barbeque with 3 gas burners and lava stones may be used unlimited by our guests. On request some of our guests we have made accessible this guestroom for wheelchair users, which are very welcome in this guestroom. To enable them to go through the main entrance door of the property from the flat access road to our house, we adjusted the tiles leading to this entrance door by inclining them. Inside the property we made 3 sand washed stone ramps leading on to the porch, down to the swimming-pool and up to the guestroom on ground floor. Inside the bathroom we constructed a light and easily removable iron ramp, allowing wheelchair users to get with their wheelchair directly in the and out of the shower room. All doors in this guestroom are wide enough and at ground level to allow wheelchairs to pass. Inside the shower room is a chair, which is adjustable in height and different security handles to get from the wheelchair unto this chair in the shower room. Removable plastic mats are on the floor of the shower room to prevent slipping off. Also next to the WC we put a security handle to get on the WC from the wheelchair. Guest access Our guests have access to the following areas: To the private guestroom 404/69 with private bathroom and dressing room. Also, our guests have also access to the large common salt water swimming pool, the restaurant and the bar of the private resorts VIEW TALAY VILLAS. The kitchen, the private sweet water swimming pool and private garden must be shared with the owners. During your stay As we, the owners, also live in this House, we will always be available for you during your holiday as a point of contact. Is it only to resolve some minor or major problems, to submit proposals to you for visiting some places of interest during your holidays, to assist you in an emergency or to have from time to time a drink with you or have lunch or dinner together. Other things to note We are very liberal. If you would like to have from time to time a naked swimming in our private swimming pool, then we have no objection. You should only know that naked bathing in Thailand is strictly forbidden, but your private sphere while nude bathing is protected by the 2.25 meter high wall surrounding the property.
