All guests need to submit a copy of their IC/ passport to register with the apartment management, one day before your arrival date 4. Quiet hour from 9 pm-8 am. If noise complaints are received by the guard, the management will strictly be fined RM200 right away to the guest 5. The car height limit for parking is 2.1m Note: Only 2 bathrooms have water heaters (master bathroom & shared bathroom). The single room bathroom and the toilet near the main door do not have water heaters.
