Centrally located to northern michigan treasures: Torch Lake: 20 min drive Elk Rapids: 40 min drive Charlevoix and Boyne: 50 min drive Traverse City and Petoskey : 1 hour drive The space This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. The main living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite are located upstairs. The master suite has a large bathroom which incorporates traditional chalet feel with modern design. The downstairs has two bedrooms, a 2nd full bathroom, and a 2nd living room. The 2nd living room is stocked with board games. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed. While the 2nd bedroom (kids room) has two beds, pack n play, and toys for kids. The kitchen is ready for use. All the necessary essentials are there for you like salt, sugar, oils, paper toils and etc... A large porch on the second floor allows for amazing views. Guest access The guests will have the entire home to themselves. There is a lockbox with the key on the door and the access code will be provided the week of arrival. Please treat the home as you would want someone else to treat your home.
