Beautiful newer cabin in Swannanoa, only 8 miles to downtown Asheville (10 minute drive or quick uber) and 3.1 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 9 miles/12 minutes to Black Mountain. **early check in is often available** Very private - back of house backs up to over 1000 acres of forest, and a beautiful view from the front porch. Pond to listen to the frogs, ponies that love head scratches! Free range chickens and fresh eggs, and Sweeping mountain views! The space Exclusive access to the cabin during your stay - nobody else will be there. The upstairs includes a kitchen and living room with gas fireplace (on in colder months) and dining area and porch- you will have a bedroom in the downstairs portion with a view of the mountains from your bedroom, a bathroom and laundry room, and a covered porch and porchswing right outside your door. Air mattress is provided for 2 additional guests if needed. Feel free to use the upstairs deck if you prefer to sit in the sun - nobody will be there but you! There is a nice fire pit area that has plenty of wood available, ponies that love carrots, and chickens that love to eat bread out of your hand. A television and DVD player are also available. No cable but there is wifi and streaming services such as Hulu and Peacock. There is a griddle and a grill in the back of the house. Outdoor television on the lower porch with a porch swing makes for fantastic evenings! Coffee maker with coffee/creamer/sugar provided. Verify your ID through airbnb before requesting to book.
