At the gates of Ajaccio, our villa (classified Etoiles de France) welcomes you with its private swimming pool and terraces. It overlooks the gulf and opens onto the surrounding mountains, in a preserved nature with exceptional views. No neighbors opposite, no direct neighbors, private pool with dedicated and fully secure space. A corner of paradise that you will appreciate for its calm and authenticity. The space House on three floors without any overlook GROUND FLOOR - Equipped kitchen (10 kilos washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, range hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, many cabinets with dishes, kettle, toaster, slicer, cooking utensils, table, iron...). Shaded outdoor terrace with table and chairs + plancha + clothes drying rack. - Large living room with sea view (two sofas, large tables + 6 chairs + booster seat for children, TV, DVD player, board games, books, magazines, Wi-Fi). - A bathroom with sink and bathtub - a self-catering toilet -a double bed room with extra bunk beds, storage, closets... ON the floor Three large double bedrooms, including a master suite with a 180 bed, closets, ample storage, TV, books and children's games. - 1 crib - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet -1 large covered terrace with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Ajacio and the surrounding mountains. Equipped with a table and 6 bar chairs, a bar and a small fridge. Ideal for having aperitifs while enjoying enchanting landscapes. The terrace also has a Bonzini foosball table (connoisseurs will appreciate it!) for fun games with family or friends. GARDEN LEVEL WITH POOL AND SEA VIEW Around the pool with stunning views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the mountains, you have garden furniture, with deckchairs, armchairs, hammock, shower and even ping-pong table! The pool (6 m X 3 m) is open from May to October (depending on the weather). Linens are provided (except beach towels) If we are not there, someone will take care of receiving you and checking you out. She's the one who hands over the keys to happiness :) You can park one or more vehicles in the immediate vicinity of the house. Near the door In addition, we are very attentive to our hosts- travelers. We gladly distribute good addresses, good plans, ideas for walks and visits. Don't hesitate to contact us. We are very easily reachable by phone. EVENTS The village overlooks the Gulf of Ajaccio, just 15 minutes from the beaches and shops. There are a large number of accessible beaches on either side of our mountain (Ajaccio, Porticcio, Sanguinaires, Golfe de Lava, Sagone...) feel free to vary your pleasures. We are also close to rivers and hiking trails. The village is located about twenty minutes from Ajaccio airport and the ferry terminal, and ten minutes from the first railway station. Finally, our house is not a hotel, nor an impersonal vacation center. We will therefore be happy to rent it to you, asking you to respect and take care of the place as we do ourselves. Car essential!
