A large living area that overlooks a private terrace as well as a bathroom/toilet (with a large Italian shower) and a back kitchen are on the ground floor. The private terrace is a protected area open to the garden (but not directly to the sea) where you can have access to the barbecue areas, pond, wooden terrace facing the ocean; but also to the small walk around the property and the food garden areas. Upstairs, the two bedrooms and the small mezzanine are the sleeping and resting areas. One of the bedrooms has a daybed with a beautiful view of the estate and the moorland, with a small sea view. You will be comfortably accommodated in this house made of natural materials.
