This luxury pet friendly pad offers 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. A beautiful, modern kitchen fitted with an electric Aga and a first floor with breath-taking views over the harbour. Fast working wi-fi, Sky-Q, Netflix, 65" Smart Tv, Hive Heating throughout. The space Situated on the ground floor is the large open plan kitchen with electric Aga, integrated dishwasher, American fridge freezer, microwave and double doors leading onto an eating terrace. Washer and tumble dryer are located in the laundry cupboard. There are 3 bedrooms all with en-suites. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a single bunk over with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have a tv. The entire top floor has fabulous views over the harbour and is open plan. Two sets of French doors with stand out balconies which are perfect to watch the sunset over the harbour. The sloping garden area is sea-facing and perfect for your furry friends to have a little explore! Other things to note We are deep cleaning between stays as advised by the Government as regards to COVID. There are steps to access the property so unfortunately no disabled access. Parking is available between September-May outside the property. Outside of this time, parking is available 200 yards from the property. Travel cot, stair gate and high chair available on request
