The space As soon as you enter, you will feel at home in this beautiful house. With comfortable spaces to lounge, sunny rooms with beautiful views, luxurious beds, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and lots of little extras to make your stay ultra comfortable. Enter through the front door into the living room where a large picture window looks out to the Harbour and Victoria Park boardwalk. Curl up next to the wood burning fireplace in the living room for a cozy night in on chillier evenings. On the main level you will find the fully updated kitchen with reverse osmosis filtered water and all the cookware and dish ware you will need to cook up a delicious feast. The kitchen is open to a formal dining room with spacious seating for 6 people. Around the corner from the living room is the sunroom with great views of the Harbour. This is the perfect space to savour your morning coffee or to wind down at the end of the day and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water. The sunroom provides access to the deck with BBQ as well as a bit of green space in front and in back of the home. The main level also has a half bath with a full laundry suite (laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided!). Upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an ultra comfortable mattress on a stunning, teak four poster bedframe. With a large picture window overlooking the water and Victoria Park, you will feel like royalty from your bedroom perch. The second bedroom has an ultra comfortable queen bed and beautiful solid wood, Canadian made furnishings. The third bedroom is a suite nook with a twin size, cozy bed. All of our beds are dressed with luxurious 100% cotton bedding, feather duvets and luscious pillows for ultimate relaxation and restful sleeps. On the second level you will also find the 4 piece bathroom. With the original cast iron tub and a stand up shower. This room is a very tasteful mix of old and new. Throughout the house take your time to enjoy the original maritime artwork curated for each room and nook in the home. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and your home-away-from-home! Guest access You can walk to all the downtown restaurants, shops and theatres from this home. Victoria Park is at your doorstep. It has a waterfront boardwalk, park with wooded trails, ice cream kiosk, tennis courts, skate park, playground, outdoor pool and splash pad, picnic tables and more. There is one off street parking space that comes with the home. If you have two vehicles there is plenty of free on street parking close by.
