Perched on a picturesque hill in the heart of Gruž, the apartment is accessed by a number of steps if you’re arriving on foot—something to keep in mind when planning your arrival. From this elevated spot, you’ll enjoy expansive views over the Gruž bay, while the historic Old Town lies just 2.5 kilometers away. • 🚌 Conveniently, bus no. 3 stops only 100 meters from the apartment and runs regularly to the Old Town. Inside, the apartment reveals a thoughtfully designed blend of textures, materials, and styles, creating a cozy yet distinctive atmosphere. With 40 square meters of space, it offers a comfortable, intimate home base for your Dubrovnik stay. Guest access Step outside to your spacious private terrace with covered seating and sun loungers — perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or relaxing at sunset. The enclosed private garden features your own secluded outdoor hot tub / jacuzzi, creating a true private oasis. You will have exclusive access to the entire outdoor area, with no shared spaces and no other guests on the property, ensuring complete privacy, peaceful surroundings, and total relaxation at your own pace. Other things to note Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This gives us the time we need to lovingly prepare the apartment so everything is fresh, clean, and ready for you. The apartment, along with the terrace and garden jacuzzi, is a private and separate unit exclusively for our guests. The owners live upstairs, and you may occasionally see them passing by on the stairs. Both the guests’ privacy and the owners’ privacy are highly valued and fully respected, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone. To make your arrival as easy and relaxed as possible, we warmly recommend using a taxi or Uber. The apartment is located on a hill with several steps, and carrying luggage uphill can be a bit tiring. When taking a taxi, please ask the driver to come via Janka Bobetka Street, then Đura Basaričeka Street, to Majkovska 14. We’ll also send you a Google Maps pin in advance to help you find us without any stress. Please note that we don’t have private parking. Our street is narrow and often busy, which is quite typical for Dubrovnik. If you’re arriving by car, we’ll be more than happy to share nearby free parking options, located about 300–500 meters from the apartment.
