A 4-star luxury fully renovated gite with jacuzzi, pool, terrace, garden. Perfect for couples, families and all types of travelling workers. Enjoy the peace and tranquility in this rural location, but also close to Laval, Craon, La Guerche de Bretagne and the Robert Tatin museum. Secure hidden parking behind locked gates. The gite sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, free fibre wi-fi, TV and lots more. Jacuzzi is €60 per stay cash on arrival. The space Upstairs in the Gite there are 2 spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people (plus babies) together with a bathroom with walk in rain shower, double sinks, illuminated heated mirror, heated towel rail and toilet. Included as standard are: All towels, including jacuzzi towels Egyptian cotton bed linen (beds will be made) Shower gel (Dove) and soap Heating to 19C on the underfloor heating downstairs Fibre Wi-Fi Flat screen tv with HDMI ports, free-sat French and English channels Kitchen towels, kitchen roll, foil, cling film, condiments such as oil, vinegar, herbs, salt pepper and much more Dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid A welcome pack including wine, beer, soft drinks, milk, orange juice, coffee, cereals, sweets, home-produced eggs, butter and cheese. Both bedrooms have lake views and velux windows in the roof. All windows have external electric shutters providing blackout and ventilation. There is a large fan in each bedroom. There is also underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs to provide a great place for all seasons (an additional charge currently €15 per day cash will apply for additional heating in the colder months of the year). Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with oak dining table and chairs. A second bathroom with walk in rain shower, illuminated heated mirror, sink and a separate toilet. The hall leads on to the salon with lovely leather sofas with adjustable headrests, table lamps, coffee tables and TV to relax and watch French and English free-sat channels. There is also a utility room with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Double doors lead from the salon giving a lovely view of the terrace where you will find a large table and chairs, a gas BBQ and our wonderful 5/6 person jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is sheltered from the wind and rain with it's own cover and walls making it great even in the autumn/winter. The terrace then leads up to the garden area where there is an above ground swimming pool, sun loungers and an area to play small games or of course relax in the sun. There is a chess/draughts board with pieces set into the terrace and some games are provided (such as Giant Jenga, boules & Giant Twister). Another garden is to the front of the gite. All gite gardens, jacuzzi and swimming pool are private and for the use of our gite guests only. The pool is unheated and is available May-October weather permitting. There is another patio with bistro table and chairs to the side of the gite which has proved popular for morning coffee. Parking for several cars or motorcycles is on site, close to the gite hidden behind secure locked gates. The gite is only 30m from the lake, so if you want to request details for fishing as well there's not far to go. Guest access Guests have full access to all of the rooms described as well as the gite gardens, terrace and patio. All of the gite, it's outdoor spaces, including the pool and the jacuzzi are private and for the gite guests only.
