Homewood Self Contained Apartment

Located close to the Goulburn River, the apartment is attached to the rear of our home. Offering off road parking under the carport We can cater for additional guests with a sofa bed in the lounge/dining area, also a single fold away bed on request. A portable cot is available. A basic continental breakfast is available with bread, juice, cereals & condiments. Tea & coffee are available, basic cooking facilities. private outdoor patio area. The space The apartment has one main bedroom with en -suite shower & toilet. This is the only bathroom. There is a small wardrobe for hanging clothes. The lounge/dining area offers table seating for 4. There is a TV (free to air)& a DVD player with assorted DVD's. Also available are a selection of books & games. The kitchenette provides for self contained meals with a toaster, microwave, small toaster oven, portable electric hotplates & an electric frypan. We provide a basic continental breakfast with bread, milk, juice, cereals & condiments. Cupboards are fully stocked with all crockery/cutlery you require. There is a small ironing board & iron for your use. Laundry facilities available upon request for a small charge. We can accommodate a family of 4, 5 if you have a small child using the cot; or two couples, with a foldout sofa bed in the lounge & space to set up a folding single bed also in the lounge area. Outside there is a pleasant area set aside with table & chairs for guests to enjoy the early morning birdsong and access to the undercover patio of the main house. Guest access There is off road parking for one vehicle under the carport and a further parking space in the front garden. Access is via a side gate that leads past the side of the main house to the private entrance to your accommodation. There is a key safe lock on the door in case I am not at home when you arrive. Other things to note ** Please be aware that this apartment is NOT a separate property to the main house. You do have to walk past the kitchen/dining area to access your door. Your privacy is important to us. ** As this is a small unit, the kitchenette/dining/lounge is all one area
