Mycozycondo come with parquet floors and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven , a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with free toiletries. A toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a kettle. A terrace can be found at Mycozycondo At Azure, along with a shared lounge. City of Dreams Manila is 7 km from the accommodation, while Bonifacio High Street is 8 km from the property. Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport is 5 km away. Mycozycondo has its own parking slot available at the basement . We Accept short term or long term rental . Guest access • A fee of 250 php per head per day to access to the pools ( Sand and Wave pool ) regardless adults / kids or infant. This is as per Azure management and is paid directly to Azure and not administered by us. • Only registered guests will be allowed to enter the unit and use the amenities . Each guest will be issued guest card. If the card is lost, guest will have to pay fee per guest card. • Access to the beach, wave pool and children's pool is from 7AM to 12PM and then from 2PM to 7PM Tuesday to Sunday. The beach and pools are closed on Mondays for cleaning. • There is no access to the beach/wave pool on the day of the check-out as we reserve the amenities access quote for incoming guests on that day. • Entering the building with wet clothes is not allowed . Changing room at the beach club is available . • Amenities like gym / lap pool / theatre / game room are only for long term tenants and residents / owners. Other things to note - Azure will require a copy of your government-issued ID/passport (local guests) to be emailed to us prior to your arrival.*Note that for foreign guests, a copy of the passport is required. - Vaccination Certificate is required . - Outside food and drinks are not allowed at the pool area, there is a pool bar if you need to buy food and drinks. - Please be considerate of neighbors in keeping noise down during late hours. - Kindly take out your trash regularly into the garbage chute located near the elevator. Separate biodegradable and non-biodegradable trash. ️ - Please keep the unit clean at all times. Don’t leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Dishes must be washed immediately after use in order to maintain cleanliness of the unit. - Please keep the kitchen clean and do not dispose solid food into the sink. - Guests are expected to switch off the lights, water heater, aircon and other electric appliances when not in use and when leaving the unit. - Securely close all the windows and doors when leaving the unit. - Please keep noise to a minimum to allow the community to relax in their respective homes. - If anything is broken, kindly inform the host immediately. - Return all given keys. - Please don't alter, redecorate or change any portion of the unit.
