Billies is located on the New South Wales Mid-North Coast in the beautiful village of Smiths Lake just a 3 hour drive north of Sydney, and 20 minutes south of Forster. On entering the house you will enjoy a relaxed open plan accommodation offering delightful views of the surrounding bush and glimpses of the beautiful Smiths Lake. This property has a great relaxed feel with just a short drive to the surrounding beaches, and a short 20 minute stroll to the village shops of Smiths Lake The space The property offers 2 queen bedrooms one with en suite and walk in robe and a third bedroom with 2 single beds, all bedrooms have wardrobe space. Billies has a fully equiped modern open plan kitchen including dish washer, microwave, coffee machine and large ice making fridge freezer. There is a large secure covered entertaining deck at the rear of the property overlooking a large garden, and a small fenced front garden with covered porch area.
