This cozy apartment is located in the most popular island of Sal in Cape Verde. White sandy beaches can be enjoyed 400 m away (15 min walk) at Ponta Preta beach. The apartment is 5 minutes drive to the town centre normally 5 Euros. There are many water sports or island excursions this includes scuba diving, windsurfing and snorkelling. You can even whale watch, shark watch or even see turtles depending on the season. Beautiful tropical weather - come to visit this beautiful island. The space Villa Verde offers a quiet retreat for guests to relax and enjoy the island's year long sunshine. The resort has your own swimming pool, sun loungers, tennis courts, children's play areas, bank onsite supermarket and bakery all located in the resort. The complex is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel. The space has security patrol 24 hours a day. The apartment is lovely and spacious and a home to home, it overlooks the pool from the outdoor dining balcony. This is furnished with table and chairs for your private use. The apartment is designed for your use, apart from private wardrobe in the hallway and in the bedroom . Our apartment is on the second floor and can be accessed by lifts or stairs. Linen and Bath Towels are included in the cost of your stay. Two Beach towels are available if you need your own please bring Guest Access & WiFi The apartment does not have WiFi but at a cost you can access WiFi in the apartment if required. Owner will provide information once booked. I have stayed at the apartment and you can receive the WIFI from the complex on our private balcony. However, free WiFi access is available at main reception & the 2 main pools bar during opening times (5 min walk) Main pool bar serves breakfast, lunches and snacks. Drinks are competitive prices. There is an onsite restaurant and bakery/pizzeria next door to the apartment - Pizza is 10 Euros. 3 Terrace Balcony - Main Balcony is sun facing. Private safe in the apartment Free shuttle bus to Santa Maria however this is first come basis. A taxi to the main town is 4-5 Euros depending on day. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
