Light and spacious family home in North Devon

Our home is very peaceful, light and spacious with a south facing garden, perfect for BBQ's. With Exmoor on our doorstep, and our bustling market town, there is much to do in and around South Molton for visitors of all ages. Market days are a must – Every Thursday and Saturday is the Country Pannier Market, and the Livestock Market on Thursdays as well. We are situated between Exeter, less than an hours drive, and the picturesque stunning beaches of the North Devon coast. The space Our home is comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. We have three large double bedrooms and a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet, so no fights over toilets in the morning needed! The kitchen diner is light and airy, with French doors opening onto the south facing garden. The lounge is on the middle floor and has plenty of soft seating for everyone to relax. Guests are welcome to use the entire house, and driveway parking means no stress after a day out enjoying the lovely North Devon. Guest access The entire house, except the garage. Other things to note We hope you enjoy our lovely cats, Milo and Oreo, and that they are no bother to you. They are easy to look after, we make sure that their food and water bowls are kept full, the food is under the sink, and that is about it. They let you know if they want to come in or out by standing either by the front or the back doors. Do not worry if you have not seen them for a day or 2, they like to roam, especially Oreo!! Please feel free to put them out at night if you want, they are quite happy being outside. My daughter loves them sleeping on her bed, but we realise not everyone will want this, please do whatever you are comfortable with.
