Self contained wee cottage. Living room with feature stone wall, fully equipped kitchen and patio doors opening onto the garden. Best suited for a couple with 1 double bed in the ensuite bedroom. Chair-bed suitable for child or small adult for £20 extra. Well-behaved pets welcome but NOT to be left on their own, garden is enclosed but not secure. No weeing or soiling on the grass. Complimentary breakfast for the first morning, plus tea, coffee and condiments Wifi strong STRICTLY NO SMOKING The space Parking and entry are at the back of the property, off the farm road. It is all on the flat, no steps. Lots of grass verges outwith the garden for dogs to use. Please pick up after your dog. Guest access You have sole use of the private garden and please use the wee summer-house, where it is lovely to sit out of the chilly wind in the spring and autumn and relax with a glass during the summer months. Use of the garden furniture. Other things to note Bedroom has a retro feel. Living room is retro come quaint with a big comfy recliner which I couldn't bear to part with and a wee record player. Although dogs are welcome, it is your responsibility to take your dog out of the garden to do its toilet.
