Great house surrounded by a garden with private parking. It is located on a quiet street and only a 5 minute walk from the beach and town center. The house offers comfort so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The space The house is located in the heart of Costa Rei, a wonderful seaside resort located along the south-eastern part of Sardinia (approximately 50 kilometres from the capital city of Cagliari). The beach is about 400 meters away and a few minutes walk to the main shops, restaurants and all kind of services (pharmacy, bakery, ice cream shops, bike rental, sea equipment: surfboards, scuba diving courses and rental motorboats, etc). The house was renovated in 2007 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is equipped with all the commodities in order you can enjoy your summer vacation : TV , air conditioning, barbecue, external shower and others. It has an area of 60 m2 and about 100 m2 of garden . The interior is divided into a large kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large terrace where you can also enjoy outdoor meals. It has three bedrooms, 1 with a double bed , another with 1 bunk bed and one with two single beds. Kitchen has gas stove , microwave oven, fridge with freezer , kettle, toaster, enough tableware and other kitchen tools . On the outside and entrance to the house is the garage where you can park up to two vehicles , a small garden and a shower. The spacious garden is located on the outside and back of the house where you can enjoy of silence and peace. You will also find the charcoal barbecue , garden table and chairs. Guest access The house has two entrances, one for the front and one in the back of the garden where there is the parking for two vehicles. Both adults and children can enjoy of their favourite outdoor activities in the big and spacious garden. Costa Rei is the ideal place for a relaxing beach holiday without the encumbrance of a car.
