The space Category 3 / App. 3 and 7 The approximately 70m² large and very stylishly furnished three-room apartment is located on the 1st (App. 3) or 2nd floor (App. 7) of the three-storey house and has an approximately 20m²  balcony facing the morning sun with a view of the beautiful Wilhelmstrasse. This seated balcony with teak wood furniture can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. The beautiful country house furniture, selected fabrics and warm earth tones create a very unique feel-good ambience with the slightly maritime accents. From the corridor, you can access the tastefully furnished living area with the cosy couch and the comfortable armchair, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system and a dining table for 2 people. During your stay, free Wi-Fi is available. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and various small items that complete the kitchen equipment. The entire non-smoking apartment is tiled or equipped with a new designer floor covering in a vintage oak look. The two cozy bedrooms are particularly inviting thanks to the 5-star deluxe box spring double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) with comfort height and sufficient storage space for your wardrobe. The apartment also has a modern shower room and an additional guest toilet. These apartments are ideally suited for 1-4 people each. We ask for your understanding in the interest of our guests with allergic complaints that we do not allow the bringing of pets. There is 1 parking space at the house available free of charge. In the house there are  9 comfort holiday apartments, some with covered balconies, and a penthouse with a beautiful roof terrace. An elevator, in-house parking, washing machine and dryer as well as storage rooms are part of the house. During the elaborate renovation of the monumental house, the biggest emphasis has been placed on original restoration of the views. During your stay, a Wi-Fi Internet connection is available free of charge.
