Ninh Binh Brother's Homestay offers 13 rooms with modern facilities and private bathroom. Breakfast is included. Our restaurant serves Vietnamese-styled lunch and dinner. All of our ingredients are locally sourced and cooked by the lovely lady of the house. The homestay also features a lovely garden with a small pond, ideal for late night tea-time and brunch. The area is within short distance to all tourist attraction yet tranquil at night, a truly authentic experience. The space The room is spacious and offers plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable: hot water, air condition, kettle and a large screen TV. We decorate the outdoor area with flowers blooming every seasons and keep the whole house clean and green all the time. Lunch and dinner are served upon requests. The ingredients are sourced from the local garden, where we grow vegetable for ourselves. The lady of the house cook herself to serve the guests. The common on the second floor allow large group to hold a party, or simply to watch a football together, as the Vietnamese does. The homestay is just several minutes to the city center. You can freely explore Ninh Binh as you like without worrying about not being able to catch a late night taxi home. The yard is large enough for several cars, you are welcome to park your car inside. FREE bicycles for guests to explore around. Let's keep our Ninh Binh green and clean. Guest access The room is located within the premise of the house. You will have your own private bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The yard is open to all guests so you can freely enjoy a cup of tea in the pavilion while gazing at the pond. The restaurant on the 2nd floor offers a fresh view on the field paddies nearby and the grotto mountains faraway. The hosts live on the first floor and are there for you anytime. During your stay We live within the house and are able to response to all request. The lady speaks fluent English, but the others do not. Please kindly ask for her to come by saying her name if hand gestures do not work :). Other things to note Our dog and chickens run free in the public area. And yes, you can eat the chicken. But the dog is your friend.
